3D measurement services are carried out using the optical scanner designed and manufactured by scanSystems (see products). The technical solutions adopted by the scanProbe product line allow no-contact acquisition of shapes of any target object, from mechanical component to a body part, from an artistic find to a style element. 

The service capabilities include different steps of the Reverse Engineering process:

• Processing of point clouds obtained by optical scanner, CAD modelling, creation of virtual prototypes completed with product information (for example, material properties, surface textures, boundary conditions)
